So so many times we are told about how customer is always right, customer is number one, blah blah blah etc. Well, those things are so true! I spent years in the finance industry learning how to manage other people's assets. The number one thing people cared about, aside from obviously making them money on their assets, was the customer service I was able to provide. I took a lot of time to make sure my customers were nothing other than happy with the service I was able to get to them. I even had the opportunity to coach one of my customers to help them grow their business. Here is what concrete contractor Tulsa had to say about what I taught them, "Larry taught me the importance of delivering solid customer service to all my clients that I would pour concrete for. When he says, customer service is key, listen to the man. It is so important to make sure your customer knows they are being taken care of!" As you can see, coaching the owner of this company was only one more way I was able to make sure they knew I was there to take care of them. If you want to be a better business, make sure to treat your customers right. It is not all about the money you are able to make. Moreover, it is about the service you can deliver to the people who pay you the money. Get out there and take care of your customers!
