The only problem with that is ,most builders do not leave any paper or wrap hanging out far enough from the trim and windows.Like all of J- WRONGS houses,Trim is nailed right to the OSB,so are the windows.That is the BIGGEST problem with water getting in.If the stucco company installs the house wrap,who is responsible for the problem around trim? |
