I saw a sign in a house that was posted by the builder that read like this. If you need something just let us know and we will take care of it! Make sure you leave the job in good shape for the next trade or some BS like that. We all know that is bogus and just posted for the home buyers sake! You are right about the supers most are dumber then a box of rocks! And when there is a good one then their hands get tied by the money managers!Some of the builders make it by the job how often? Once a month! |
