Be careful, Jerry is the stucco messiah, he has come to save us all. I think that if a house did not have an ounce of stucco on it, and the house had water intrusion, Jerry would blame the stucco man.
I would like to know where it states in the ASTM that control joints need to be placed at all foundation stair steps. I have read the self proclaimed OP stucco bible and it does not state anything like that. Not that it would make a differnce, but I'd tell Jerry to put it in writing with the other best practices, until then, don't change the rules...... |
