There was a wonderful article written in 200 called "Coping with shoddy builders" by RICH HOOD of the Kansas City Star. You should really read it, but unfortunatly
the Star wants $1000 for us to publish it here. We recommmend going
to their website (But we're not even going to publish that address for fear
of being billed;-) You might also ask them why they want so much to help
promote their paper??? The good news is Mr. Hood has gone on to bigger and
