- Stucco is “BAD” only if installed improperly and that is easy to
diagnose.
- In this short presentation we will review a number of issues related to
proper construction techniques for not just stucco, but the basics
underneath such as house wrap, flashing, caulking, etc.
- These are the keys to properly predict and analyzing failures down the
road.

- While you’ll note that most of these pictures are taken during the
construction process, it is important for you to understand where the
problems originated.
- All of these conditions that caused failure will still be present 2
years, 5 years or 20 years down the road, when it happens to you.
- You need to start from the beginning to understand how you got where you
are!
